Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days through your original payment method (for Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or store credit).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as personal gear, hygiene-related products, or items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
